Clean property, and respectful staff. Complementary parking and breakfast. Walking distance to a lot of dining and coffee options.

Because we booked online we received an old room in the motel part which was not mentionned when we booked! It as very old and small for us. Not updated at all!

Check in was quick and easy and the breakfast was excellent!

Beds were very comfy. Excellent location. Super friendly staff with easy quick check in

The only thing I didn't like is the way the small refrigerator was seated. It loses its balance whenever you open it because the seat is too small for it.

Spent two nights. The staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The building is old, it has a charm, but none of the style of modern places. Breakfast was good. Close to everything including a nice walk along the river.

Great beds and great service.

We found the room to be comfortable and spatious. Our room overlooked the river and it was great to watch the tidal wave come in. Breakfast had a good selection of cold and warm items.

The bed was very comfy, wanted to stay longer to sleep in. We had a room with a view of the river and tidal bore action. I enjoyed the pool and swam morning and evening. There is a nice river viewing area, park and bike path. Good breakfast choices. Hotel staff were kind to accommodate our needs. One oddity is the need to use key card for front door, there should be a sign so people know

Easy access to downtown, our issue was the loud traffic noise until late in the night. Our room was located at the front of the building on the second floor

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating but on the entire floor there were four rooms booked and three os us were beside each other. Walls are paper thin so heard them talking, running a bath, etc. once the neighbours stopped yelling at each other I was able to get to sleep. Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Scrambled eggs were undercooked. Located right by the river so nice to sit outside and relax if you wanted. Didn’t use the outdoor pool. Too cold yet. Sufficient parking.

Best service I had in my last 25 years of international traveling and it's in my own Country. I announced my hypersensitivity to fragrances ahead of arrival and our room had been ionized to take out any particles in the air. On Arrival the reception had been a delight to check in with and we had been made aware of our fragrance free room. The room was immaculate. I received same day an email inquiring about our check-in. I comment I just remarked that the bedding had a small amount Polyester into the cotton spun in and that I was mildly dissapointed that it was a week early for the pool to open. Next mornings on the way to the excellent hot breakfast I had been made aware my message had been read and the supervisor herself, arranged cotton bedding, open the pool a few days ahead and upgraded our room for the inconveniences. She also personally inquired daily for our well being. But she was not the exception. Her entire team working like a family together and made us feel we where part of that family. I never had encountered service, where every single member took exceptional care for of EVERY customer, no different if booking where done on their home page or a booking platform which sometimes not getting best rooms or service. If you want outstanding service go and stay at the Rodd Moncton, I certainly will and also consider checking out their other 6 locations

Good place to stay.

The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our visit. We were initially concerned about potential noise from the nearby construction on the main street. However, upon mentioning this, we were promptly provided with a quiet room, which allowed us to sleep soundly every night. The hotel and our room were impeccably clean and well-maintained. We were consistently impressed by the level of cleanliness throughout the property. Furthermore, the friendly greetings and welcoming smiles from the staff everywhere we went added a special touch to our stay. The included breakfast provided a great start to each day, offering everything we needed for a satisfying and energizing meal. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at this hotel during our visit to the city. It truly enhanced our overall experience and made it that much more pleasant and enjoyable.
