Excellent breakfast, great location, bad wifi.

All was good,the only issue was the AC unit it rattled alot. Other than that all was good

We liked the confy beds and pillows, good varieties coffee and tea’s in the room and it was quiet. What needs to be upgraded is shower pressure, none at all. Very nice place and good free breakfast with assorted foods and drinks. Will be back…

Unfortunately we were on the noisy side of the hotel but room was clean, breakfast was warm and good and stuff was friendly and helpful. Nice Riverwalk just downstairs too.

Location is excellent. Traffic light at location. Many restaurants in walking distance. Nice park next door. Beautiful breakfast room and excellent warm complimentary breakfast. Bed was comphy and the price was very good compared to competition.

Great location. Excellent breakfast

First time staying at this property. Booked a king room. The room was on the end of the building facing the street...some street noise most of the time with the window closed. Room and bathroom a bit cramped. Room was clean, bed was great!! AC also worked super good. The lobby and breakfast area did not have any AC going at check in or check out or in the morning for the breakfast. Aside from that, the breakfast that's included was actually pretty great. Options for hot items and cold, well staffed for restocking it as the breakfast time ran (7-10 am I think). Staff at the desk were great, agreed to a late check out by an hour which was helpful. Also an evening staff found some plastic wrap to cover the leftovers from the dinner we went to leave in the mini fridge in the room overnight so it wasn't going to go to waste. He was very accommodating and helpful as well. Would probably stay again.

Good for the price. The included breakfast, that was good, helps to give a good rating (good quality-price). The room was little but functional. The location can’t be better! Thank you!

The ladies were a pleasure to deal with at the front. Very informative to where we should go and eat and shop.

Bathrooms very tight

The first time we stayed, we were unhappy with a room on the street side. Very noisy. We knew we were coming back a week later and asked for a room in the back. We now have a very quiet located room. Staff was very accommodating. Room is perfect.

Hotel was amazing, very clean, well-maintained, good breakfast. Very convenient location with many restaurants. You can see a tide bore just from outside of the building.

Mid point stay from maine to nova Scotia, great place for a stop,.beds comfortable, corner room by elevator was quiet and didnt hear other guests, dining options walkable distance. Riverwalk right outside door
