I neither knew it was a VIP property for Expedia nor I received any benefit. The staff was very friendly and polite. Room service was lightning fast. Finally, I had a last minute change in plan and had to cancel one night, and they did cancel it without charging me. Super happy with this gesture.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Rosewood Hotel Georgia. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, considerate, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed. Traveling with our 14-month-old baby, we were especially grateful for how child-friendly the hotel was—every detail seemed thoughtfully considered for families.
The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning; the quality and variety exceeded our expectations. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend Rosewood Georgia to others.

Staff members were very accommodating and courteous. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The facility is beautiful, and the location is assessable to many downtown food options. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again when we come back to Vancouver.
