The staff, specifically Taylor Delair, the Assistant Director of Rooms, failed to make the situation right after one of the bellman dropped all of my golf clubs onto the concrete. Furthermore, we were awakened by a false alarm at 6:30 in the morning one of the days. The shower also had no covering so water went all over the bathroom.

Ein absolutes Traumhotel von der Ankunft bis zum Auschecken. Hier wird Service gelebt.
Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel. Das Rosewood liegt sehr zentral sowohl zur Waterfront als auch zur Innenstadt mit vielen Shopping- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten.
Jeder Mitarbeitende ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkt.
Das Housekeeping ist so aufmerksam, dass man nicht nur seine Handyladekabel täglich aufgerollt bekommt, sondern vor der Abreise auch einen durchsichtigen Beutel für im Handgepäck zu transportierende Flüssigkeiten.
Absolut einzigartig!

Our stay at Hotel Georgia was nothing short of wonderful. The level of courtesy and care taken by the staff was above and beyond anything I've experienced at a hotel and it truly made my stay special.
The property is beautifully designed and decorated with well-maintained amenities throughout (pool, spa, etc.) There was live jazz music in the evening (on a Saturday) which was a pleasant touch and created a relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was thoroughly clean with high-quality amenities, from the tea selection to espressos to the complimentary bath salt.
Although we stayed for just one night, it was a memorable one. Hope to visit again soon.

Room service and housekeeping top notch! Front desk and concierge very helpful. Well situated old style hotel, centrally located, walkable to Gastown, waterfront and eateries. Rooms are well appointed and the gym is outstanding!

The property is gorgeous! Loved the pool and sauna. Lots of nice dining options in the hotel and the in room dining is fast and delicious. The only negative we had was that our bathroom, specifically the area with the enclosed toilet, had a rather pungent smell to it. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
