We stayed here for the July 4th long weekend. The staff was very nice. They accommodated early checkin and they also upgraded us to a suite. As others have mentioned, everything seems very old but it’s very charming and clean. The location is perfects. It’s close to everything and specially if you are taking the ferry, it’s a less than 5 min walk to the ferry terminal.

Room was pretty dated. Since we were staying 3 nights a room at the front side would have been appreciated. Had to prop fans in windows to get some air flow, but whatever, it worked well enough. The maid service was fantastic

The staff were amazing, super friendly. The rooms were a little outdated. We didn’t have any air conditioning, but we did have access to two fans and upon arrival we were also upgraded to a bigger room that actually had a kitchen with the living room.

The toilets were EXTREMELY low and NO air conditioning-with windows open it was very noisey and didn’t appreciate paying for parking-the shuttle service was great and at that price should have had at least-muffins in the morning and juice

We stayed in a suite. It was very clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. Although they did charge for parking, their underground parking garage was easy to access and secure. The whole downtown/inner harbor area is walkable anyway. The staff are friendly and efficient. We definitely would stay here again.
