What a find, this is what most travelers want. Ok, it is older. Older can be good and classy. We were here in September and the weather was great. They do not have A/C which was not an issue at all. Open windows and cool fresh air, awesome sleeping! Very roomy like a small apartment, could easily do extended stay or just move in! Will come back.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It’s a good place just a little outdated and in need of an upgrade. We had a good stay but for the price I wished for a more modern place. Very well located to everything downtown Victoria though and plenty of parking at a reasonable rate.

on a price point of 460 $ for 1 BR suit. the suit is not worth for the price it ment. ideal price would be 350 $. bcz room is small. bed is small. no any view from balcony. little old infrastructure inside room. overall its a propery of 350 $ max but paid i guess 100 $ on what it deserves

The hotel is dated with unusual rooms and no air conditioning, but we knew this going into our stay. Check-in and out was quick and easy, staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk away from the inner harbour and downtown which is the reason we chose this hotel.

The hotel's location was a key factor in our selection, and it was truly exceptional. It's an older hotel with no air conditioning, but they provided fans. Some amenities are indeed outdated and lack modern comforts. Overall, the staff was quite helpful, but some front desk staff were unsmiling. Yes, that's right. We stayed three nights, and I didn't see a single smile from her.
