There was a power outage at the hotel, so we had to use the stairwell instead of the elevator. The back up failed for the lights in the stairs as well!

Very nice hotel extremely close to the Toronto airport. Staff was extremely nice (95% of), comfortable beds/pillows, quiet, safe and perfect place for an overnight before or after a long flight.
Only two things that I would bring out are..1) 99% of the room was very clean except for the toilet when we arrived and 2) wish there we a few other restaurants options closer to the marvelous hotel.
Would definitely stay again next time coming thru Toronto....or at another Sandman Signature hotel

Upon arrival staff was great,room was clean and immaculate, the pool I can’t get enough of that!! In and around the hotel is very clean and both staff and front desk employee are very pleasant.. I will book again and encourage friends to do so…
