Great clean place to stay! Modern amenities, entire place was recently redone and Moxies restaurant attached. Rooms are very comfortable. Very close to airport and shuttles run 24 hrs. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was super close to the airport. The shuttle service is great to & from airport. Lots of choices for eating located within walking distance or a very short UBER ride. Property itself was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Would stay here again for sure.

Got the jacuzzi suite and it didn't even have bubble bath/ bombs, couldn't get any in the hotel and any store is 1 hour walk

Very friendly staff, had free overnight parking, clean room. Apart from Moxie’s there’s no other restaurants nearby. Very good for overnight stays before or after a plane trip.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location, or any Sandman hotel. Information about the free airport shuttle on the website is apparently incorrect; it only comes every half an hour IF YOU BOOK IT, whereas the website simply says you CAN book it, or you can call for an ETA on the next arrival. After waiting at the terminal for 40mins, I called, was told 10-15mins for the next shuttle. My friends and I waited nearly two hours before calling an Uber. At the front desk, they rudely just said “you have to book it” (but was not told this on the phone). They also wouldn’t allow us to pay for our stay with multiple cards, but for some reason it was fine to put everything as a hold on one card until checkout when we could pay with multiples. I don’t understand the difference; this hasn’t been an issue at other hotel chains.
I also had to SCREW THE SHOWER HEAD back in, as when I turned it on it sprayed everywhere because it was loose and about to fall out. We had no hot water, either—cranked all the way was barely Iukewarm. It was not a good hotel experience.

The hotel was clean, up to date, nice room, however the first night of our stay the hotel ran out of hot water - no maintenance person available on a busy concert weekend with many Stray Kids fans in town. We were just told to wait and see if it came back. I would have liked to have been offered a credit, discount or refund.

Everything was mostly great. A bit not perfectly clean in the corners. But would stay again. Comfortable beds and setups of the room is okay. Doors to hallway in the room are not tight and has giant gaps between the frame and door.
