Sheraton Gateway Hotel In Toronto International Airport

This hotel is great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Toronto Pearson Airport. The restaurant offers a great menu. Parking is available while you are travelling at a reduced rate if you don’t book on points.

It was fine, used it overnight as it was located in the airport and I had a very early morning flight.

Fantastic hotel! I was a little leery entering the airport and seeing the chaos not to mention the packed parking garage. However, keep driving up the ramp and the signs for the hotel appear. When you reach the 5th level it’s like entering another world! Plenty of parking, beautiful views, impressive hotel lobby, first class service and amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Terrible experience. Two dogs in a room across the hall and waking up patrons from three nearby rooms at 1:30 & 2:30 in the morning. A couple of us called front desk from the room phone and cell phones and no answer. Two of us got dressed and went downstairs after knocking on the door only to hear two dogs freaking out. Security came to door and said he would go in if they didn’t come to the door. They didn’t and security didn’t go in and did nothing. Downstairs manager said he ‘wasn’t an octopus’ when asked why he didn’t answer four calls. 2 rooms moved to another room at 3am. Disruptive dog owners left untouched. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered and $460/nite!!! Wow. Terrible hotel practice and terrible staff. Never again. It’s funny how hotel chains can either shine or fail miserably in these situations. Needless to say this one failed. Even at check-in they couldn’t locate reservation and delayed us. Then said oh, could it be under your name, when I already told them it was. Would the reservation confirmation number not point to this as well as being verbally told? But no, instead they go get the manager who had no solutions either. Pathetic service all around.

Omg the best👍 I would only book this hotel if your planing And need to stay at airport…wow Super nice !! Staff everywhere over the top …Room and lobby and club rm totally Awesome 👏…even the food at restaurant delicious and reasonably price…5 star

Stopover in terminal very convenient

Under staffed long waiting times to get checked in. 2 of 4 check in persons at front desk. Line ups to check in . Not pleasant after long flights

Sheraton was very accomodating when I couldnt make my original check in. I stayed there on my way back and enjoyed my stay..

Very convenient to YYV Terminal 3. Very comfortable with good restaurant if wanted. Service professional and friendly.

Location was good as I had an international flight at 6am the next day. Check in clerk was not so good didn’t speak English. And wouldn’t take my Marriott Bonvoy number. Room was ok except the view. Looking straight into other rooms. Overall I don’t think it was worth the $450 paid

Room was only so-so. Few amenities for the $440 / night rate. Wine in the restaurant was $24C for 6 oz glass of pinor noir which is way out of line with everywhere else. Latte is 9:75 versus 6:25 at Starbuck across the way in Terminal 3. This property is way over rated.

The hotel is excellent.

I like the property attached to the terminal and tain connection to other terminal and hotel. I was expecting the view as it was advertised runway front. What I got was not as existing as the advertisement. I paid for breakfast for two. When I ask for it I was told I have to pay more because the payment was not enogh. Weather it was from a third party purchase or not keep what you promised to offer.

Perfect hotel - great food, friendly helpful staff, great view of runway, comfy quiet clean room, room service, pool. Clean spacious lobby. Really lovely. I always stay here if flying early out of Toronto. Its not just convenient, its a treat i kook forward to.
