They immediately changed me to another room and said they would add 10,000 points on my app.
The second room had a broken ironing board so I ironed in the bed.

The “high speed” internet was terrible. I paid extra for it and it barely was able to handle emails. Plus it went in and out which was very disturbing. I ended up using cellular which added another expense.

The staff are fantastic! The property is in great condition with anything you'll ever need. It's quite literally the perfect spot if you're experiencing a layover or need a hotel for an early flight.
