Staff were amazing - very attentive, professional, and respond quickly. The service is great. The food is very good. The problem is that Hamilton downtown is ghetto so this hotel is in the middle of it. The other problem I encountered was that upon arrival there was no parking - lot was full- challenging to check in.

Always love staying at this hotel!! Very quiet and comfortable rooms and the staff are great!! Love the fact that the hotel is connected right to the mall.

I did not like the location of the hotel of it being in downtown Hamilton (felt very unsafe), however, the staff were friendly. When I first checked in the room, the tv did not work and they were able to relocate me to the next room which was easy. I did not like that they have carpet but the hotel was conveniently conjoined to the Hamilton Convention Centre which allowed me and my family to not have to go outdoors with our sporting gear. In addition, there are 2 nice restaurants and a nice bar inside the hotel which were reasonable priced and the food was very good!

Room and lobby were nice. Checking in was a nightmare as I didn’t know where to put my car.
I had to squeeze into a spot on the shoulder of King Street.
People had a loud party on my floor the night of our stay. It would be nice if there was a rule about noise after 11:00 PM. If there is, it wasn’t enforced.

This hotel has been renovated recently and is very nice. We were attending a performance at First Ontario Concert Hall so it was very convenient .
Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff.
We would stay there again.

Across from convention center with easy access.
Great restaurants nearby. In house bar was good too with both staff being delightful. Room was nice and spacious with a good bed and view.

The staff were very accommodating. I had an early morning where my kiddo and I had to be next door at a dance competition at 7:30. Even though room service technically didn’t open until 7am, they helped me out and had breakfast to us just before 7. Very good service and excellent food. Dinner the night before at the restaurant was also excellent.
