Had a junior suite which was very spacious. Service was very good. The room, although slightly dated, was super clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. This will be a go-to property from ow on for us.

Wonderful & friendly service at front desk. Flew to St John’s on a red eye and staff allowed early check in. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Great pool & workout facility. Restaurant & bar on site. Our stay could not have been better

Housekeeping did not tend to our room overnight. Returned and no beds were made, no towels or toiletries were restocked. When I called the concierge, they stated all housekeeping was finished for the day.

Beautiful property however I reserved a king room and was put into a queen, I did get transferred but then only one key card worked and the gate to leave the parking lot didn’t work so I had to wait to get let out by staff

There were disturbances one night that eventually required the police to be called.
Bar was overpriced, a glass of wine was over $20.00 when I could have bought the bottle loyally for $13.00.

We had a good stay! The inside of the lobby and the garden area were beautiful. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the gym. It doesn't seem to get cleaned very often and some of the equipment was grimy. Our room was clean, but a bit dusty, which is to be expected with an older building. The hair dryer had dust caked to the back of it, which was surprising. Overall, we enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable. It was also nice that checkout time was not until noon, which gave us more time to use the amenities.
