Helpful receptionist and room service is at decent price for such lovely meals. Only one that disturb me most the concierge today (Saturday morning) was not really helpful with the local tour information and assistance, that was a bit off from this hotel. Usually every global chained hotels every where in the world concierge is taking vital position for the traveler who always need help from them with their excellence local expertises.
