The property was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful but the entrance turnstile was closed off. The parking lot was confusing as construction was taking place the whole week I was there. It was difficult to know where to park; the paving staff are the ones that advised us of where not to park for the next morning as they were re-sealing the pavement. There were many barricades and the security gate was left open due to changes in their card system.

This Sheraton hotel has a fantastic location and breath-taking view of the harbour view. The staff is warm and very helpful. However, the room is not in a good condition - old carpet, terribly done plumbing work (both faucet facing backwards), very loud air conditioning. This hotel is not at the level the Sheraton-chained hotels should be. It needs a renovation badly.

We had a great stay in July 2025. The room was exactly as described, and the staff were very responsive to any request we had. The room and facilities were clean, and the hotel itself within easy walking distance of the popular areas of downtown.

road repairs around sidewalk to property access were being done which was an incònvenience to access hotel for the whole week i was there. buffet was limited with meals for the pri e chargex.

The hotel was centrally located for all city access…✅
Hop on hop off service stopped at the hotel✅
There were taxis available when needed✅
The hotel room was not supplied and serviced for 3 people…even though we paid extra for 3rd person
We had to ask for glasses, robes , hangers etc which were supplied once requested..the cleaning staff were helpful but not officially informed of extra person…
Unfortunately the city road construction was difficult for my husband to negotiate….not a fault of the hotel 🙃
