pretty location, nice river view. No in-suite mini-fridge and the air conditioning was a little noisy.

This was a trip to see our Grandson graduate. We traveled with family who stayed with there family and the plan was to have a little get together around the hotel pool but the pool was out of order. We also planned on getting dressed for the occasion in our room but there was no full length mirror lighting was poor and if we opened the blinds the people next to us could walk by as the balconies connected. We had medication that needed refrigeration but there was not a fridge in the room so we had to keep filling an ice bucket. We were also a little surprised there was no continental breakfast or a house phone as we needed towels and we couldn’t phone and ask for them and when we asked a staff member out in the hallway she said she would get them but never came back. When we went to check out there was someone from the dinning area watching the front desk so she didn’t know what to do so we just gave her our phone # if there was a problem with the check out?

This place is fabulous

The location is lovely, in the country on the river with a view of hills on one side and the river on the other. And a golf course beside it. It's a quiet location. Trains and the highway are across the river, but really not noisy. Be aware that it's a 30 minute drive to Kamloops and there are zero stores or other amenities closer. The smaller road on the north side of the river takes a minute or two longer than using the highway, but it's a lovely drive. The hotel itself is older and it shows a bit. For the price, you may get a nicer room with more amenities in town, but you're paying for the quiet location here. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck outside our room both in the morning and evening. But there were a few downsides as well: - the air conditioner was a wall unit that was fairly noisy - the walls are thin and we had enough noise from other rooms at night (TV, coughing, talking) that we turned the AC back on to drown it out - the curtain doesn't keep the light out very much - the bed was passable, but with a couple hollows - the $14.95 breakfast didn't sound appealing so we skipped it. - the restaurant has limited hours and didn't appeal either - my wife went to use the pool but didn't go in because of floating leaves and bugs - there is no fridge in the room, although I think you can get one for $10/night Overall we enjoyed our stay, but felt the price was a bit steep for what we got. That said, other good hotels in town were even more expensive.

The property is in need of a major upgrade. The restaurant reminded me of what you would find on kitchen nightmares. There were VERY limited amenities. The pool was not in good shape. Other than some friendly staff there was nothing redeeming about this property.

In its day the property would have been a great Kentucky feeling experience. Sadly we were 21km from Kamloops and the Inn’s Lounge and restaurant were closed. The property needs repairs For the price our stay did not meet expectations

Wonderful place to stay!

Friendly checkin/out Called me in advance to let us know the restaurant hours. Delicious meals. Soup was amazing both nights. Excellent cosmos So dog friendly. Beautiful quiet area. AC worked great but was VERY loud in the room

The property was amazing, so much to look at we wish we could have stayed for a few days. Bathroom sinks and toilet quite low for us but just sparkling clean. We really enjoyed it all. Thank you.
