I had a great stay at Stonebridge Hotel! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. One of the biggest perks was the big truck parking lot, which made parking hassle-free. The breakfast was amazing, with 22 different items to choose from—plenty of variety to start the day right. The elevators made access super easy, and the staff was absolutely awesome, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness was top-notch, and they even offer housekeeping in the evening, which was a great touch. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting with carrying luggage to the room. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great stay with excellent service!

We found a dog bone in the corner of our room and a baby bottle under the couch (when we pulled the bed out). Microwave still had crumbs in it and the window had a wierd bent extra metal/plastic slat resting beside it.
Staff was nice and they had free breakfast, but the pool was closed for Reno's (which was not mentioned when we booked).
For the price, we'll likely stay at the other similar hotels nearby next time.

Holes/soft spots in hallway floors are a death trap to those wearing heals.
Ceiling vent over jacuzzi is falling out of the roof, broken tiles in bathroom, counters separating in bathroom, missing trim along floors, shower curtain rod missing half the screws to hold it up and about to fall, showed up and it was -29 outside… the window was open and room was absolutely freezing.

Broken glass door. Toilet didn’t function properly. Mould on the bathroom ceiling. Didn’t have a chair for the desk. Heater was either all off or all on. Bed sagged and wasn’t comfortable. This used to be a nice place but it has fallen into disrepair

This was my one of the best stays ever even though their elevator was not working due to power issues. The front desk was so helpful, took my luggage to my room, helped me with everything. I have stayed at hotels over $500 a day, but this hotel gave me the best experience ever. A lot of people were getting mad at front desk with the manager for elevator issue, this was a technical problem and could have occurred at anyplace. Overall I will give them 10/10.

We came for a hockey tournament, had rooms on the 3rd floor. Suppose to be a suite, no doors on the bedroom, the elevator didn’t work. So having to pack all our luggage and hockey equipment up/down stairs. Pool was also not working, and walking down the hall you could actually feel the wholes in the floor, in the hallway.

We stayed for a Hockey Tournament. The rooms were very loud, and not cleaned that well. It was an okay stay. The Breakfast was okay as well but would suggest getting another waffle machine as it was busy and lined up. The pillows were very lumpy.
