Front desk staff were great but especially Rose who I saw checking in and checking out next day. Continental breakfast was excellent. Wished there was elevator so don't have to carry luggage upstairs and TVs should be replaced with smart TVs instead of having 10 yr old ones

The staff was very accommodating. We had a last minute request for a ground floor room and they were able to change our second floor room to main floor room.

Checkin was speedy and courteous. Room was spotless and clean. Was very nice to see tgat they had Roku on the TV. Breakfast was nice. Housekeeper was exceptional. Room was like new.

Staff were friendly. I was charged extra for my pets, although i booked a pet friendly room. Our room was in poor disrepair. Weather stripping was hanging off the bottom outside door which caused wind to blow in our room all night, as we were on the main floor. Our floors were not mopped. I told staff about it and was simply told that the cleaning ladies used dirty water to mop. Breakfast was good. Still waiting for my $200 deposit to be refunded

Due to flight delays we could not make the first night and would not honour the rate from my first booking. The first room they check us into smelled of cigarette smoke.
The second room the linens were dirty and soiled. Lipstick on the lamps, Something stuck to the floors which look like vomit among other things.

The stay was reasonable for the cost. There was some grease on the sidewalk in front of my hotel door which made keeping my shoes clean awkward when coming in and exiting. As well, I left a note with the front desk about the main exit door to parking just outside my window was squeaky - hope someone takes care of that.
