Will definitely will be going back to this hotel when we go back to Ottawa. The staff are super friendly, polite, helpful and made checking in a breeze. The room was amazing, king bed with a kitchenette, loveseat recliner small table with chairs, desktop computer. The room was very clean and housekeeping came and made our bed and changed towels. The breakfast was included and there was so much to choose from. They have a gym and laundry room which are free to use and laundry soap included. I can't say enough about this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful 2 night stay. It's close to all the museums which we were looking for.

What I didn't like was having TWO tv sets randomly turn on - at full volume - at 3:00 a.m. 😱 I was scrambling around, trying to figure out how to turn them off, and finally had to call the front desk and ask someone to come up to my room.

L'hotêl est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche de tous les attraits de la ville.Le personnel est très accueillant, nous avons été très bien servi. Les bornes pour les véhicules électriques, la petite cuisinette dans la chambre ainsi que le petit-déjeuner inclus représentent des atouts supplémentaires. Nous sommes certains que les gros contenants à côté de l'ascenseur du 4e étage, ainsi que le rangement pour le linge les seront relocalisés pour faciliter l'accès aux chambres.

I have stayed at the Business Inn on over 10 different occasions and each time I am very satisfied with the quality of the hotel and the price. The rooms are large, comfy, and make you feel like you’re not really staying in a hotel. The staff are always helpful and the breakfast is great. You can’t beat what you get at the Business Inn, from the competitive price you pay to its extremely convenient location on Elgin Street close to various bars and restaurants and only a short walk from Parliament, this hotel is ideal for anyone looking to visit Ottawa.

Not mentioned parking charges while i m booked hotel why???
Please mention at the time of booking, its not worth it as well, otherwise room and service was awesome.

The mini suite was very homely and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was good too. I simply enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend to anyone who need a hotel in a nice safe environment.
