J’ai séjourné au Business Inn avec mes trois enfants pour un séjour de deux nuits. La suite Signature était très grande et la cuisine bien équipée. Les enfants ont adoré le déjeuner inclus. J’ai apprécié le service en français lors du check in (cela n’avait pas été le cas lors de ma première visite à cet hôtel). En somme, hôtel bien situé, abordable et très pratique pour les familles.

Stagg was courteous and the breakfast selection was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Once we got checked in, everything was great. During our check-in, staff was hit hard by a large tour group as well as individuals like us. They handled it smoothly and professionally. Parking for check-in is a little challenging—no driveway & just room for 3-4 cars on the street. Parking on the property is easy (charged at a rate of ~$25 per day). We learned there was a free parking lot for hotel guests a couple of blocks away; we didn’t hear about it until we were leaving. This is an older property in a nice neighborhood; rooms were spacious and well maintained. If you decline housekeeping services, $10 per day is refunded to you. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options & was well staffed; food options were replenished frequently. Tip: go early if you can. Seating is limited. Free laundry a plus. Well-run establishment. We would stay here again.

It’s very convenient to have dinner or walk to the scenic spots. We like the place and we have a suite with a separate bedroom. When we wanted a set of sheets at 11 pm, the staff came very quickly. We can use the laundry for free. We recommend it!

Pleasant stay, convenient and a 18 min walk to Shaw Center. Room has a slight musty smell and it was a little noisy since it is right beside the elevator... Otherwise everything was pleasant.

The proximity to my location of visit.
Great customer service (particularly from Laura who was kind to give me directions)
Fantastic breakfast
Polite and friendly staff
Spacious and cozy well furnished room
Toiletries and water conveniently available to guests
And functioning utilities.
My only reservation was the old ceiling boards on the hall way but great hotel overall. I will give them 10/10 and looking forward to my next visit.
By the way, my $100 damage deposit is yet to be reversed. Hopefully this will be done

Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier près des points d’intérêts majeur de la ville. Des pépites culinaires à deux pas.
La chambre est bien, spacieuse et très propre. La possibilité d’accès à la laverie 24/7 est formidable même si les machines sont un peu vieillissantes.
Bémol sur le petit déjeuner, il y a du choix mais c’est que des produits industriels. Ça fait le job, mais ce petit déjeuner n’est pas incroyable.
