Location was ideal for accessing downtown area. A bit disappointed in quality of room in that furnishings were cheap and simple. Room layout was cut up with an unnecessary wall partially separating sleeping area from living area. Also bathroom off of bedroom had frosted glass door that allowed too much light into sleeping area at night.

My corporate credit card information was stolen and charged one month after I checked out. So far no one has responded to my calls. It appears to have been done by a staff member as my card states that the money was taken by the Hollman Grand. BEWARE not sure what’s going on here. It’s sad cause it’s supposed to be a high end establishment, we have stayed here 3 times and enjoyed it. But NEVER again! Completely unprofessional!

This property could have alternative parking for guest stayers. The overall cleanliness was 10 stars, considering it’s an older hotel, it seems they do a great job of making sure they don’t miss the “hidden” dirty spots of the rooms. The floors could be cleaner but the overall feel of the room it clean. Made us feel very welcomed with our dog as well. Overall great stay and would stay here again.

I think a Bluetooth speaker would be a wonderful addition, also most travellers today go with their Fire stick and they require a plug near the tv!

2 day business trip. Perfectly located in town, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Restaurant in lobby, food was delicious and on point. Ice cream shop up the street is definitely a must try. Will stay again.
