This was such a lovely stay - highly recommend! Excellent location, convenient walk from downtown Charlottetown restaurants, sights and waterfront. Spacious rooms! Knowledgeable and welcoming staff made the visit memorable! There are some rooms which also face the water - see if you can request one for a fantastic view! If you are driving, downtown Charlottetown parking can be challenging to find so I recommend getting valet parking, leaving your car and then exploring downtown!

When we got there, we found out that we got upgraded to another room...to one of the 4 penthouse rooms!! And it came with a wonderful jetted tub and a patio overlooking the city.
The staff were great and treated us very well. We loved the pool and hot tub at the hotel.
We decided to have a spa day after checking out and the staff let us keep our luggage there and the valet service was great!

The view was spectacular from the 9th floor.
Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Walk in shower was great. Walking distance from shops and restaurants was convenient.

Staff are very polite & accommodating. Premium bedding pillow top mattress with down comforters.Free toiletries, walk in shower. Refrigerator with a variety of coffee. Daily housekeeping. Definitely recommend this place.
