The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and funny, and the Rocky River Grill restaurant was a delicious convenient dinner before bed and a good continental breakfast before we departed. Overall a great stop on our road trip.

Booked and paid for a superior king, when I got there was given a queen, told it was the same price and not offered any apology. I would expect to be given the difference in fee, as it a much different experience! Expedia says it confirms if you’ve paid and I I paid in full more the 7 days prior to arriving.

It looks waaaaay better in their photos. In person it’s an old slightly renovated motel with a kitchen added to the room. Old textured walls etc. BUT, it was clean and without any smells. The room AC worked well and quietly. The breakfast is VERY simple, hard boiled eggs, egg bites, cereal, bread, coffee. Everyone was friendly and we had zero issues.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were great. We enjoyed our room. One suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows on the bed. We asked the housekeeper for new ones and she brought us two newer ones. The breakfast was adequate but could use more hot served foods like scrambled eggs or bacon. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hour in the lobby. The restaurant was great that was connected to the hotel. The parking was great. We would definitely return.
