Lovely property and staff. Very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and near the lakeshore. Parking for a full size truck is tight but there is surveillance in the parking area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great value at this little gem only 2 blocks from the water front. The breakfast includes eggs, pastries, bagels, fruit, yogurt... Good selection and plenty of it. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Cookies at the check in are a nice touch. Underground parking is limited, about 18-20 spots.

Great fast check in, friendly staff, super clean, in room
Coffee and fridge was awesome to have, close to food,drinks and concert venues, would stay again in a heartbeat.
Oh and free breakfast was awesome

If you need something in the downtown moderately priced then you can't get any closer. Rooms are big and clean and staff friendly. Free breakfast is okay but plenty of it. Have stayed there numerous times and always enjoy it. We have noticed some noise transfer through the connecting doors of adjacent rooms.

The Royal Anne is in a great location for staying in Kelowna, - nice walking nearby at Lakeside Park, good restaurants, coffee shops, bookstore etc. all close by. quiet. Has a nice compact gym. Good breakfast.

Excellent location to everything downtown (Better than Delta). Our room #309 was huge! Staff was excellent! Had a private sauna room for two. Good complimentary breakfast.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to - the customer does not come first at this hotel. Water leak in the morning and no water available for shower etc. - understand that can happen - but then charging customers for bottled water to brush teeth etc. - that tells you all you need to know. It’s all about them and not the customer

Impressed by the quality of all amenities from bedding to the excellent and complete breakfast. The price is more than reasonable. Plenty of choices of good places to go and eat. Very well located.
