Good and clean hotel. easy to be reached from broad view TTC station and connected by 100A bus. The reception is friendly and very helpful. It's a nice experience to stay in this hotel for my family

The restaurant and food were bad. Their special burger was generic and did not taste good. It took half an hour to get. The next day I ordered something else through text, and their brochure said they'll bring the food to you within half an hour. After an hour, I got a text telling me to go pick the food up from them downstairs.
You heard a lot of what was happening in the hallways and the outside from your rooms. The property was noisy. All the doors slammed shut.
The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. The king bed sank in the middle. The pillows were too soft to use one, but too hard/big when using two.
There is very little around the area, so no options of things to do, places to eat, etc. within walking distance.

The room was ok, however the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the floor. The electrical outlet between the beds did not work. When we pulled the side table out to try and see if it was working, there was a used bandage and a lot of dirt/food/garbage behind the beds and side table.

Stayed here 4 days as a family. The pool was closed during the stay which was a huge disappointment as the notification came in a few days before we checked in.
Given that we planned acitvities during the day the hotel was fair as a place to spend the night.
The property looked like it good do with a little spruce up. Aesthetics mostly.
The room was acceptably clean. There were dust and other stuff from before under the bed as i discovered when i was looking for a misplaced item for my child.
The knob on the shower also was loose and would occasionally come off.
The balcony door did not close to a seal and allowed cold air to come through the seams. As it snowed and temperatures went to around minus 4 celsius this became noticeable.
It was also difficult to lock the balcony door and had to fiddle with the top latch until it pushed into the slot. (There was a notice that said to ensure we locked the balcony door)
Hot water from the bathroom came easily and this was a plus.
Room heating was limited so coming in from outside took a few minutes to adjust.
Nothing overly bad but other hotels allow you to nake it toasty warm which is helpful when you just came in from the cold outdoors.
There was plenty of parking but the parking lot got filled quickly. We also found a spot even if we had to walk a bit longer.
There is a fee to park but we knew this before.
Lotion was very good. Getting to the property with maps was easy. And it was close to the city and to areas to visit.

This place is well located but the state of the building seemed some what dirty and the mattresses on both of the double beds are finished.
In other words we did not sleep well at this place

The linens were dirty and smelly. I asked to have them changed, actually, I took them off and placed them into the bath, to my surprise the same linens with the same stains were again placed on the bed. Front desk apologized and it was changed. Two days after, my pillow cases were changed and smelly cases were placed again. I did not want to be a bother so I did not complain since I was leaving early the next morning and did not need to use the bed.
In addition, there was an extra charge made by the hotel when I checked out of which the hotel could not explain.

I would have liked laundry service. We had to find on our own Laundry Hub which picked up and brought back our laundry at a reasonable price. This should be told to guests. We stayed for 8 days and our room was not cleaned sometimes till 4. We ended up having to wait in the lobby. Room should have been done in the morning. No service when we went for supper. A comfortable chair would have been appreciated.

Very old and poorly upkept facilities. We had to change rooms because there was no hot water - Water was freezing! When we got to the other room, the water was orange. Seems there is no filter. Ew. Chairs peeling, everything just old.

The main reason for booking here again was the nice pool and sauna. Come and get registered then told the pool is temporarily closed until the weekend
