Good and clean hotel. easy to be reached from broad view TTC station and connected by 100A bus. The reception is friendly and very helpful. It's a nice experience to stay in this hotel for my family

My daughter and I loved this hotel! Mohammad at the front desk is fantastic!
He gave us a late check out to 3pm as pool closure last visit. Super friendly and nice.
The room was good with balcony. It would be nice to have microwave. Bed/sheets were comfy. The pillows are horrible however.
Indoor pool was great. The lady closing the pool unfortunately was very rude to the few of us. I have never been spoken to that way from staff before.
Outdoor pool was great. The lady maintaince was super friendly sweeping leaves and refilling towels. However, we had to call maintance to clean the leaves out of pool and the drains as they were full.
Ben at the kitchen was great, once we called to get an order. He was Super friendly, accommodating and food was delicious.
Overall great hotel for location and facilities. Some of the staff amazing and some need an attitude adjustment. Hopefully with reviews some changes will happen with staff.

Friendly and attentive staff, great location close to Shops at Don Mills, and clean rooms (keep in mind though no safes in the room). Indoor and outdoor pool for more fun! Close to highways and main roads. Would recommend

The check-in at the front desk was smooth, but unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. When we arrived at our room (Room 220), it was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. We went back to the front desk to request another room, but were told the hotel was fully booked. They offered to send room service instead.
When the room service lady arrived, she was extremely rude. Instead of greeting us or offering assistance, the first thing she said—very bluntly—was, “Why did you call?” She also claimed she didn’t clean the room and that someone else had done it, which didn’t help the situation at all.
To make things worse, the air conditioner in Room 220 wasn’t working at all, making our stay very uncomfortable.
Overall, the customer service and room conditions were far below expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both cleanliness and staff behavior.

Literally all the furniture in this place is broken or poor. There’s scratches on furniture, holes in the walls, drawers are broken, the bathroom door doesn’t open properly, the sink tap is weird, much more. There’s also like no safe to put your valuables. Even room service gets annoyed when you ask for SERVICE 😃. I feel like we’re in a tent not a hotel

Stayed 6 nights at this hotel for family trips, overall is ok, the only thing is not good is the room has urine smell. It is ok for first night, but starting second night, the smell getting stronger.

Good service, fast check-in out, staff was really kind and helping, the hotel is well located parking was easy and affordable, inside and outside pool were great. Only minus : the rooms are quite old (traces of old water leakage) and could be more clean. We slept well and enjoyed our stay for the most.

Good service and check in. We paid for a late check out which we did not need. They refunded that which was appreciated. Good location to hospital. Decent restaurant on site. Down side was bathroom in unit was note clean. Due to that I did not leave a tip. I would return again as I thing a one time problem
