The rooms were very clean and the stuff was friendly we were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the pool was under repairs and so we did not have access to it that would have made our experience that much better but overall I was very happy with my stay.

I paid 316dollars for just one night. In my opinion it doesnt justify the price at all. The staff however was the best. Really friendly and helpful. My only remark would be the prics vs what you get. I understand there's a high demand for accommodation in the area, however it doesnt justify the price.

The hotel common areas are run down and very dirty. The carpets in the hallways were beyond disgusting. Fortunately the bed and bathroom in our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. If they’d clean the carpets the room would have been great. I did not feel safe at all and worried about my car and trailer being left in the parking lot behind the hotel. There were a lot of people hanging out and one person yelled obscene taunts at me that are too revolting to write on a review. The staff were great and appeared to be doing their best given what they had to work with.

There is odd smell in the room, light out of service, table light can not charging, wash room too small and dirty. You can hear upper floor walking step for the whole night. You can’t sleep well in these condition. Not value for money on these hotel and not recommend to all

Location is good. A couple blocks away from historic downtown and walk around waterfront. We did not eat at hotel restaurant choosing to pick up McDonalds after our walk around the area. We ate outside at the picnic tables on premises. We were very disappointed with the poor condition of hotel, especially in relation to the price of our room. Inside pool closed, outside pool closed and had not even been operational for some length of time. Hotel is clean but very tired. The clerk at reception was welcoming and offered assistance with luggage etc. as no elevator.

Front desk worker was ok. Breakfast was not included, and I had to ASK about any discounts as a guest before she offered me a 10% off coupon. Hallway to room STUNK of something unknown covered up with old cleaner smell. Room door was completely stuck. Had to get help to get it open. Room was old and discusting. Couch has stains all over it, along with a room chair. Window frames have almost no paint left on them- same as tv stand/dresser. Bathroom lighting made the bathroom feel like a prison. Mattress on one bed was caved in and needed to be replaced or flipped. Sketchy people hovering around hotel all night, made it feel unsafe. Would NEVER stay there again.

The pictures of the property were very deceiving as the room was not what we expected. The room was dark, old flithy carpet, room was old and outdated. The only positive thing was the bed, correctly shown in pictures was very nice and comfy.

Staff was friendly and the sheets and towels, sink and tub were clean. The carpet was disgraceful, however. Dirty and smelled musty and had blood spots and stains. The rest of the facility is old and is in serious need of an update or demolition. The back parking lot area had people “hanging out” and was seriously sketchy. I was worried for my vehicle. Not sure how a hotel chain like Wyndham would find a property in this condition acceptable.

Smelly and found quite a few stains around our 2 rooms on the furniture and bedding. The pool and hot tub was broken and not looking like it would be open any time soon. The front desk lady was lovely but aside from that it was not a great experience sadly
