Super rom and corfortable

A bit hard to get back onto the TransCanada Highway from the hotel. Allow yourself an extra ten to fifteen minutes.

Very nice to be by the lake.

I booked a king size bed with pull out sofa love seat coffee table extra chair etc...like the ones in the pictures...upon check in i was sent to a room 204 that sort of looked like that..but air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and the toilet was not flushing properly...informwd front desk. They moved me to 205..entered room, air conditioner was on but ot was warm and humid even with thermostat set to 71..no coffee table..no love seat, just to arm chairs., not acceptable...back to front desk, finally was sent to room 128 which had a working airconditioner, a working toilet and all amenities as stated in pictures and description. I stayed for 4 nights then booked another two nights. I had a lot of interaction with desk staff, they are polite and very accomodating...key cards had multiple issues but replaced promptly. I do find it unprofessional though to be speaking with staff when they are wearing ear buds and you know they are talking to someone while they are talking to you. The breakfast was filling and pleasant though a little more fruit could be added to the basket..each ti e i got there in 6 days there was always one or two apples left. Lastly, you eat beakfast in the lobby which i s great, but i dont understand why management flips the chairs up side down for the 20 hours a day they dont serve breakfast. I found checking in and out kind of unsightly and not welcoming because of this. Wipe the tables , keep the chairs right side up, and put some fake flowers down

It was in a very worst condition. the sofa in the room felt sticky and wet. TV remote was missing many buttons The floor felt wet when stepped on! The water pressure in the shower and the A/C was in good condition but the oven and the fridge in the room was dated like 15 years old! The outside area was dirty. Never going to stay at this place and stay away as there are very nice places nearby within similar price range.

Needs update but still in good condition

This property was in much better condition during our last stay two (2) years ago. This visit was disappointing, as we had to move rooms three times due to malfunctioning amenities, i.e. toilet lid not capable of closing, cheap, lingering cologne odour in room (211), inability to control air conditioning as access panel damaged (208), bathroom sink unable to drain (203). Finally moved to a smaller room than we had booked (239) but everything was in working order. It is apparent that the current management has turned a blind eye to regular maintenance. We will not be returning to this property.

The reservation has been cancelled by Expedia. I called Travelodge to verify the cancellation. But the 2 night reservations was still deducted from my credit card. I just called Desjardins to cancel payments for $221,75 x2 Not effective administration.

Its like they are trying to save money by using ultra low wattage bulbs. With every light in the room turned on it is still dark. Hallways are have a musty smell. Front desk guy was very nice. No problems changing our room when the carpet in our first room was wet an the room smelled like a wet basement. Unlikely that we will stay here again

Very old, needs complete refurbish, thin sheets, old bedspread, dirty boxspring, no bedskirt

Everything was great, just the breakfast did not have much options, and no fruits.

Excellent value for the price, staff very friendly and very helpful, plenty of parking and a short drive to anywhere in town

Limited parking, overpriced, old rooms

We were happy with our room. Staffwere friendly. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed. Chair and aoda were a lirtle liq for me because if my disability,also toulet seat. Nice size bathroom. Not happy with tv and stations that tgey don't have

Staff are great!
