其他都很好，老式空调机噪声较大，能换装分体式空调就安静了，窗帘的遮光不够严实，这两个问题都影响睡眠，长途驾车旅游的人对睡眠质量要求非常高

If I could give it zero stars I would. Drove 4 hours on vacation only to be greeted with an old grungy run down hotel. Looked nothing like the pics. It looks like an old run down office building. Nothing what a hotel should look like. Zero acknowledgment of guests, no urgency with checkin, a lot of time there was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring for assistance. After finally getting checked in, we go to our room, rippled carpeting through out the hotel which is a major tripping hazard. After we walk in I notice the “king bed” is no bigger than a queen and only 1 pillow each with what I’m guessing was a random pilllow thrown on. The pillow was barely 18” . Then I take a look at the bed, there is long brown hairs all “ sewn into” the comforter/ cover. And once you open the bed all you see is tiny brown hairs all over both sides of the bed. When I called guest services to come change the bedding, it took forever and barely an apology. The coffee machine is spotty working at best. Only one of the electrical outlets had any power. The microwave had trouble turning on and when it was done you couldn’t open the microwave door. On to the bathroom, found an old “cloth” hanging over the shower head”, badly rusted hinges in the door. Shower wasn’t sealed so moisture was everywhere. All they did was put tile over the drywall and call it a day. Zero ventilation. See my google review for further “feedback”. Not enough space on here to write it all.

Rooms in desperate need of upgrading and cleaning of carpets( stained in several areas), carpets stretched causing tripping hazards without any signs. Rooms stale smelling.

There were rust stains on the outside of the tub. Need USB charging stations.

It was a very nice place

The beds were clean and comfortable and basically that’s all we needed at this time. The bath was mildewed and rusted, so we definitely did not want to shower there. Also the carpets were stained. I would not stay again.

Weird layout. Needs a serious refresh. No restaurant/bar! Gym area is a disaster. Pool, whirlpool & sauna very nice. No pool towels!

Convenient to get to as it’s along main road. The room was dirty and very dated. Needs a good cleaning and maybe a paint job

The room wa perfect beside a durty carpet and a kid size toilet. The should also ha e a choice of bath or shower for the safety of the seniors customers

The hot water took a long time coming and the shower fawcet was backwards. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were very disapointed that the room was very dirty, and because it was already late at night, we couldnt get another room. the floor was so sticky I had to ask for 10 towels to use them as carpet... We selected this hotel because it hd a pool, but the pool was super dirty and the facilities very unwelcoming.

The bathroom could use a fix up and the light over the vanity didn’t work consistently, maybe an issue with the motion sensor. Otherwise accommodations were good. Friendly staff.

I was not happy with the last night I was there. Drunken party across the hall that went on most of the night. I will be contacting the manager about this when I get home. I got no sleep whatsoever and had a long drive to do the next day

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, very good location if one needs public transportation and 30 minutes walking to the great fiddle and in the opposite direction 30 min walk to the closest Walmart. But I did not like that Expedia charged me un US$ (it was mentioned in small print) instead of Canadian $, thus trying to mislead us about the stay price. Better to call hotels directly than deal with Expedia!
