其他都很好，老式空调机噪声较大，能换装分体式空调就安静了，窗帘的遮光不够严实，这两个问题都影响睡眠，长途驾车旅游的人对睡眠质量要求非常高

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made great recommendations for food and stores to visit. Answered every question we had and helped us with some changes to our trip.

There was black mould in the mini fridge on both sides of the walls and carpet by the air conditioning unit and mould as well in the bathroom. There were numerous stains on the carpet as well as big stains on the coach

Check in was extremely slow. The entire facility wasn’t clean, but the pool area was very dirty. There seemed to be staff just “hanging around”.

Property needs updating and improve the breakfast. And no where to get a coffee. The room coffee wasn't good at all.

We spent a week traveling Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. I typically don't care too much about the hotels we stay at as long as they're clean. Being outdated or a little worn or tired looking is usually fine as long as it's clean. I have provided fairly favorable reviews on several hotels we've stayed at and booked thru Expedia but this is the first negative review I have given. There was a line up to check in. Front desk clerk did the best she could to get thru the line up of people but there definitely should have been another person to help out. Once we checked in, our room was absolutely disgusting. Multiple BIG stains on the carpet, windows had bird poop all over them and there was mold all over the tub caulking. The bed, however, was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was fine. I was going to complain but there was a line up of people and I was in no mood to wait in line again or start a search for another hotel. I'm surprised this hotel is on Expedia's list for booking. Trust me, skip this hotel and look elsewhere.

The shower, weight area is in extremely poor condition with rusted equipment. The pool is in good condition along with the whirlpool but definitely needs Updating.

More staff needed at check in.

The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The rest was good when you closed your eyes.

Property is run down, definitely shows its age, carpets are stained and rooms smell.

The property was old, rundown, stained carpets, mildew stain tiles in the bathrooms. Old furniture that was broken and working in properly. The rooms were very smelly. Not cleaned adequately, shower curtain was moldy. It was actually a traumatizing experience. The property outside there was garbage littered everywhere. Just dirty and rundown overall. I would have to say the staff for very lovely. The wonderful staff is the only positive in that building.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Drove 4 hours on vacation only to be greeted with an old grungy run down hotel. Looked nothing like the pics. It looks like an old run down office building. Nothing what a hotel should look like. Zero acknowledgment of guests, no urgency with checkin, a lot of time there was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring for assistance. After finally getting checked in, we go to our room, rippled carpeting through out the hotel which is a major tripping hazard. After we walk in I notice the “king bed” is no bigger than a queen and only 1 pillow each with what I’m guessing was a random pilllow thrown on. The pillow was barely 18” . Then I take a look at the bed, there is long brown hairs all “ sewn into” the comforter/ cover. And once you open the bed all you see is tiny brown hairs all over both sides of the bed. When I called guest services to come change the bedding, it took forever and barely an apology. The coffee machine is spotty working at best. Only one of the electrical outlets had any power. The microwave had trouble turning on and when it was done you couldn’t open the microwave door. On to the bathroom, found an old “cloth” hanging over the shower head”, badly rusted hinges in the door. Shower wasn’t sealed so moisture was everywhere. All they did was put tile over the drywall and call it a day. Zero ventilation. See my google review for further “feedback”. Not enough space on here to write it all.
