Good rate this is a place if you need to sleep and rest. Cleanliness is not the best but good service the staff smiles and try hard. Our room was tidy and somewhat clean. Good for the price

Hotel itself was great! Room was very comfortable. My only complaint was it was very hard to control the temperature in the room based on where the unit was. A desk was right in front of the unit and it was impossible to see the controls.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. During our one night stay, we encountered many drug addicts and two prostitutes in the building. The front windows of the hotel were smashed in. We had to change rooms because our first room wreaked of vomit. The second room smelled of urine and had blood splatters throughout the bathroom walls. The entire building is completely run down and dirty. The only positive was the friendly staff.

This very old property has not been kept up to date. It was hard even to walk barefoot on the carpet, as it was very old and dirty. Breakfast was very mediocre. Not worth the price.

Very old property badly in need of upgrade. Most tenants appear to be monthly, late night gathering & partying near front entrance.
Rooms 30+ years without upgrade, lumpy bed. Compare at $50/night.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First impressions were boarded up broken glass windows in the entry. Elevator was out of service with tape over it. Hallways were littered with giant black garbage bags, and other filth. Rooms are very outdated, and unacceptably dirty. Mold in the bathrooms and showers, peeling paint, dirty carpets, dirty sheets, stains on everything. Power went out twice in our short 8 hour stay. I wouldn’t have paid $50 for that room let along $175. Rude staff, and absolutely filthy. Would give this zero stars if it was an option

The clerk at check in was friendly and had us checked in quickly. We were assigned a room on the second floor but when I learned the elevator was not working I knew my husband couldn’t manage the stairs. We were given a ground floor room instead which I appreciated.

I hope this review helps someone to avoid this hotel. Booked two rooms for my family trip, check-in was 3pm, we got there at 4pm and rooms were not ready. Eventually rooms were ready, elevator wasn't working so we had to haul our luggages up the stairs. There were houseflies in the rooms. Previously killed houseflies on the window. The rooms are dated, bathrooms terrible.

The room was just “OK” the bed skirting was filthy, the continental breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast, 3 night stay our bed was made once, not new sheets, our towels were restocked once, had to go down to front desk to get towels,they were only restocked once and the bed made I think because I tossed the towels out into the hall, the tv was not working properly all the time, elevator was out of service and the only good thing was no bugs

Like: breakfast and the staff there.
Disliked: the smell in the room was sting and strong. Unsupported. We were late in the room for our sleep so I didn’t get the chance to request a change. The carpet sticky and obviously deeply dirty. The room is in a very bad condition (111). You requested an online that I did to come to the front desk to find that there was no check in done and I had to wait for the key to be programmed.

When I entered my room, it smelt like somebody had thrown up in there. When I talked to the front desk, they said there was not another room available and that they would have somebody spray freshener in the room. They did and it did smell better but what I learned once I opened the toilet seat is that somebody had taken a poo in my room as the faeces had not totally flushed down the toilet. I asked for another room, but it was totally full and booked. My room was an adjoining room. I could hear the gentleman in the other room coughing as if I was sleeping with him. I did not sleep. then at 1:30 in the morning people came in from a bar and were very loud. I did not sleep until about 3 am. then at 7 o’clock in the morning, it was so loud with people leaving. Terrible room. So noisy, horrible!

When you first get in, windows beside the door are broken and tapped with duck tape. Elevators are broken.
In the room, One of the blanket on the bed has a dirty dry spot on it, the office chair has brown dirty spot all over. I have 2 black flies in the room...very disappointed.
Around the building is old and not well maintained!
This room is not worth 185$ like I paid for!!! This is disappointing!
