I had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. It is close to the metro and several bus lines, including the bus that takes you directly to the airport. It is also easily walkable to the old area of the city. My room was small, and the shower was small, but those are my only complaints about the hotel. The included breakfast wasn’t bad. Croissants were tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely book here again when I’m back in MTL.

Breakfast could be better if eill offer more protein choices such as meat, bagels cream cheese.... The pictures do not show the true sizes of the rooms( look much much bigger in pictures than in real life). It is good for students maybe... the 4 twin beds is like a shoe box!

Very small room and expensive parking. The parking spaces are very small and we jag problems maneuvering our minivan to get in and out. housekeeping had not finished preparing the room when we got the key so we had to wait in the corridor. Housekeeping knocked on the door and tried to open it at 9 am, while we were still in the room. Please wait until the guest checks out before entering.

The website promises complimentary coffee and tea but in the room there’s only a Nespresso machine - no teabags and no way to make hot water that I could figure out. Most of the front desk staff could be more cordial, but maybe they don’t do cordial in French Canada, like they don’t in French France.

I think rooms were too small compared to what was shown in the photos upon booking. Room was not described accordingly and parking was full upon check in. We had to park outside.

Room with double bed is very small but clean. TV is outdated and slow but picture was fine. Bathroom very small but very clean.
