The rooms looked like those jails rooms that are shown on tv shows. The noise was horrible in the evening. I would not recommend it to anyone one. One night was a terrible experience 😕

My rating is based on some of the attitudes of the staff. Don’t get me wrong there were some hidden staff gems that I had the pleasure of interacting with. Like the man that checked me in my first night. He was very kind and he helped me out when he didn’t have to. The cleaning lady for floor 3 was a delight and the man that worked on Friday afternoon/evening was very kind. However, there was a lady that worked at the front desk that had a horrible attitude, it was not welcoming and when I would call the front desk from my room, one of the ladies that picked up the phone was rude and short. Terrible customer service by that lot. If it wasn’t for the hidden gems, I would have given the place a 2 star rating.

Rooms were small but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The room was tiny, our key card needed to be reprogrammed every time we came back to the hotel, and there was no space (like a lobby or restaurant) to hangout outside your tiny room.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Easy access with Ubers

We stayed overnight in Montreal. We had a get together downtown so this was a very good location for us. Rooms are a little small. Continental breakfast was ok. The hotel was full but it was very peaceful and quiet at night. We had a great night sleep. Check in was very simple and pleasant.

Good place in term of costing

We asked for a room that was accessible and was close to the elevator as my husband has mobility issues and uses a cane to walk. The room we were assigned was the furthest away from the elevator that was possible. The room picture that was shown when we booked the room was nothing like the room we received upon our arrival. The room on the website showed a queen size bed with a couch, chair, microwave, cook top and a bar fridge. The room we were given had two twin beds with one bed being at standard height and the second bed being so low to the floor that it was impossible to easily get out of the bed. There was no closet for clothes, just a hook on the wall with no hangers. There was no microwave or cooktop and a tiny fridge that was designed for beverages only. This added expense to our trip as we had planned to shop at local stores for groceries and prepare some meals in the room rather than relying on dining out for all our meals. The television did not work when we arrived, but was fixed by staff after a call to the front desk. When we voiced our concerns, we were told that there were only two rooms like that and that they were both booked. When we asked about the microwave and stove top, we were told that they were no longer offered in any room. We were moved to a different room with a queen bed and a couch after the first night for an additional twenty dollars plus fees and taxes per night. The website image was very misleading and had we seen a true image of the room

Walls are paper thin

The room was very clean and just enough space for what I needed for a one-night stay. it was a bit chilly and the fan on the heater very loud.

Already pre-paid but they still charged me on my credit card.

Excellent location. Walking around felt quite safe. A lot of restaurant and things to do around. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I can say is that breakfast wasn't what we expected. It was a bit disappointing with the limited variety and limited food. It was never as it appears in the photos

Walkable, close to metro stations and other major tourist attractions! Clean room. Just wish there was more lighting.
