Expedia Group verified review

The patio door to the truck jammed and had to be fixed to load up the truck. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and in one of the drawers there were two brand new, tags on bras, likely left from the previous room occupant. The reading light on one side of the bed didn’t work. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. The pool and sauna were lovely and warm - had to call for towels. As a suggestion I think housekeeping staff would benefit with a checklist of what needs to be done, checked and what supplies need to be added when they are cleaning/making up a room

Check in was great the gentlemen was helping and polite. As for check out? The lady was very rude and seemed like she wanted us out, without causing a ruckus, we just packed and left way before checkout.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the room was nice and large with a great bed. The only issues was there was no parking anywhere near our drive up room making it hard for me due to mobility issues. The hotel is right beside a bar and there were many drunk people hanging around. Once we were in the room it did feel safe!

Passing through on a business trip and getting a receipt from the front desk was like asking to sacrifice a new born. (Ended up leaving without one after a choice conversation with the morning clerk on a second attempt for a record of payment) Even when they take the deposit off your credit card they give no record of that so if any issue no proof of the transaction to dispute. Very loud neighbourhood and not because of airport proximity. Once the sun came down the cop sirens came out. The room was nice and the best shower of 4 stays between Toronto and Edmonton

Room was as booked, and appeared well cleaned. Unfortunately found a pair of dirty socks between the sheets near the foot of the bed when getting into bed. Front desk was quick to give a different room.

Reception staff seemed annoyed that they had to do their job. Sliding door didn’t open-told me someone would be by to fix it but when asked how long it would take, that seemed to put them out having to check. They then couldn’t understand maintenance due to language barriers. While in the shower found out conditioner was full but pump didn’t work. After found the blowdryer bag but no blowdryer. Piece of the step in the room fell off. Worst part was overall clientele in hotel-felt like we were next to a meth lab. Didn’t feel safe.

Had a very nice stay. Hotel was clean and it was a quiet peaceful stay we even ended up staying an extra night. Only thing that was an issue was trying to call down from the room, no one answered the phone when we had a couple questions so we had to go down to the desk. Not a big deal at all though. Very pleasent place to stay and affordable when you boom your room online
