The staff been there for years and are amazing! The lounge is the best in the city, the pool is refreshing and it’s walkable to polo park and good restaurants. Plus easy for me to get to in the city for a person who hates city driving

The room was tidy and comfortable. The parking lot was a bit sketchy, and smokers were at the door so you had to walk through smoke to get inside.

The property had a lovely pool and waterslide for guest to use. The downside is of your room is facing the pool you have no quiet until 10pm. We didn't find our room very clean either, someone else's hair in the "clean" towels and the floor felt unswept.
We did book through Expedia which didn't describe the room we booked accurately enough for our needs. I had total hip replacement and requires a handicapped suite. This room had no disability accommodations except for a shower bar.
The staff also didn't feel very welcoming checking in or out.

Older hotel. It was decent. They did put us beside the elevator and right near a busy intersection. My girl had surgery early the next morning so it was a restful night. I wasn’t impressed.
