Honesty, we had an amazing time. We rented a two bedroom with a lakeview and it had everything you could want. Super spacious, bright and well appointed. Lots of towels, comfy beds, great views. Service was great at check in and decent poolside and beachside. Pool was warm and reasonably clean. Beach was clean and lake wasperfect. Restaurant was decent, not great but decent. My one and only complaint is that they desperately need to enforce no holding beach chairs. Both at the pool and the beach lounge chairs were held all day by people's towels and sandals. One day the entire beach was empty for 3 hours and almost every lounger was being held.:(

The food and drink service at the pool was top notch. It would be cool if you could order a few more food items on the limited poolside menu. Although, when we asked if the server could get us something off the main menu, he happily said he’d make it happen. The property was in great shape. The hotel was full, so at times it was a little challenging getting a beach chair or pool chair. There was no policing / monitoring by the hotel, so many people would claim the chairs by leaving their belongings there and then they’d disappear the entire day. Or they’d have a large group of chairs taken by the beach and then another large group taken by the pool, making it difficult to get a spot. Overall we had an awesome time though. The excellent service and quality has made this our go to destination for future trips to Osoyoos.

Lovely place to stay. Pool and beach were great. Loved having pool drink & food service. Restaurant service and food were also excellent. Rooms need new linens, pillows, and new pain & decor. Definitely showing its age. I'd definitely return. Little too pricey though

Loved the pool the staff was very nice the only things I didn’t like were the house cleaning, one of the lady’s was extremely rude and the cleaning of our room was quite poor in, and the pool towel situation needs to be looked at you shouldn’t have to ask for new towels every day and have to ask at a decent time or there wasn’t any left other then that loved my stay not my first time here and definitely not my last!

Great pool and lake access at the beach. The food at the restaurant as very disappointing and the servers were not very prompt, friendly or helpful. It's a shame to have such a terrific hotel with grumpy check in staff and poor quality restaurant staff.

The front desk manager was extremely rude. We had an incident with our parking garage access - that was 100% her fault. She finally admitted that she purposely disabled the key. But still did not apologize until I demanded that she did - which was pointless by that time. Has left a dark cloud over our stay.
