There was a miscommunication error in the pick up but the staff was super helpful and let me and my baby have a late check out, which was extremely helpful having a late flight.
The staff service was exceptional!

Basic airport hotel, does the job. The team there are really friendly and very helpful - they helped me a lot which I appreciate. The breakfast is terrible, all sugar and sweet stuff. Even the yogurt was sugary ☹️

Nos hospedamos neste hotel duas vezes e, de modo geral, tivemos boas experiências. Os quartos e banheiros são novos, amplos, limpos e a cama é bastante confortável. O atendimento também foi muito bom.
O café da manhã é bem servido, porém, na segunda estadia (retorno ao Brasil), notamos que havia pouca reposição dos itens, mesmo faltando ainda 1h30 para o horário de encerramento, o que nos impediu de tomar um café farto e com a mesma qualidade que da primeira estadia.
Fica o feedback para que a reposição seja feita com mais atenção e frequência.
