My only complaint is that there were zero English-language tv stations. I can’t imagine that all their guests speak only Spanish.

This property needs updating. The shower is narrow and the shower liner keeps sticking to you while you shower. The shower tiles also have mold. The bed is not the most comfortable. Its not terrible.. the facility just older. The breakfast is good. The food at dinner is good as well.

A few broken fixtures, would benefit from upgraded entertainment (Smart TVs, etc)
That said, the area is safe, and there are lots of superb restaurant within a 10-15 min walk.
Staff were very nice and accomodating.

This property is in a great location, and could be really fantastic...but it's not. To be fair, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfy. However, the carpet was badly stained and the linens are dingy (think Motel 6). Free breakfast buffet is totally acceptable, but the restaurant is extremely loud, as staff are yelling to one another across the room, throwing silverware around and bussing tables as loudly as possible. Lunch/dinner are available from a menu, but I found the food to be less than desirable. Overall, this hotel offers all of the basics, but is certainly missing the polish and professionalism one would expect. We found a truly luxurious property nearby for less money and with same view.

Nice location, super friendly staff. Building is old, but overall ok. Only one trash can per room, which was a bit inconvenient. Towels had a musty smell to it.

At check-in, we were told there was only a room with two twins, although I had booked a king bed room. After arguing for a minute they gave us a king bedroom as requested.
Everything else was very good.
Hotel inside needs some renovation, but otherwise was clean and modern.

This is very old property and is not well maintained. Carpets in rooms were very dirty and shower wall had mold.
The hotel is well situated, close to all restaurants and main areas.

On noisy road. They rev engines until 330am. Windows in my room didnt seal properly. Noise and draft. Pool was chilly. Shower curtain attacks you. Taxi here was 13k. Back 15k. Pretty good overall.
