I booked my stay at Ibis Hotel, but when I arrived I realized the booking was on Ibis Budget, a lower quality hotel next to the one I thought I was booking. Very misleading!!! Not happy with my stay, the staff was slow and unhelpful, left a day earlier. Will not use again

Pontos positivos: bom preço, localização bem no centro do Copiapó, funcionários gentis, cama e chuveiro muito confortáveis.
Pontos negativos: café da manhã com pouca variedade (de frutas, só tinha laranja, abacaxi e maçã) e não mudou nada nas minhas 3 diárias. Quarto muito pequeno e sem armário.
