A estadia foi muito boa no geral. Apartamento emorme, ótimo banheiro, café e água de cortesia. A única falha ocorrida foi o transfer que estava agendado para às 14:15 e, até às 15:00, não apareceu. Tivemos de pegar um Uber, que teve de nos deixar do lado de fora do Hotel por conta da burocracia para entrar.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a experiência que tive no Hotel Wyndham, especialmente em relação ao serviço de transfer oferecido como cortesia do aeroporto ao hotel. Cheguei ao aeroporto de madrugada, acompanhada de duas crianças, em uma noite bastante fria. O transfer estava agendado para às 2h45, e conforme orientação do hotel, dirigi-me ao ponto de encontro às 2h20. Enviei mensagens ao motorista informando que já estávamos no local. Permanecemos do lado de fora do aeroporto, conforme instruções recebidas, mesmo com o frio intenso. Às 2h56, sem qualquer sinal do motorista, entrei em contato com o hotel. Fui informada de que o motorista não estava atendendo. Após quase uma hora de espera, sem qualquer suporte ou solução por parte do hotel, fui obrigada a solicitar um táxi, pagando 35 dólares para chegar ao hotel às 3h20. O motorista simplesmente não apareceu, e o hotel, apesar de prometer que o caso seria encaminhado ao gerente, não tomou nenhuma providência concreta. A situação foi ignorada, sem qualquer tipo de compensação ou retratação. Diante disso, recomendo que optem pelo Holiday Inn, onde já tive experiências muito mais profissionais e respeitosas com o hóspede.

Great airport hotel. Good shuttle service from the airport. Arrived late and was very appreciative of the 24 hour room service. Room was quite. Super comfy bed. Everything you want from a hotel when you have a late arrival or early departure.
