Very nice stay 7days for over all

It was definitely a 5 star hotel and experience!

we loved the convenient location of the hotel,The room was nice and comfortable, all the staff did a great job,Especially the reception supervisor Carman Lin, who was very friendly and took care of our needs. we will definitely stay again.

Very conveniently located, close to Yuexiu Park, subway, and a range of good Cantonese restaurants.

The room was large and clean, including the bathroom, the aircon was just nice, not too cold and we like the comprehensive room facilities, like the huge square bathtub, strong and huge shower spray, large umbrella, heated bathroom mirror, large room table and long luggage bench, various lights control switches and the hotel heated swimming pool. We appreciate the complimentary welcome fruits and the daily replenish of bottled water and coffee pack. We also want to commend a staff by the name of Roy for his excellent service.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

I should say that the room that I take is almost a suite!

This is once a very good hotel around the area. Unfortunately due to age and lack in maintenance, the quality of the room has deteriorated quite badly with crack ceiling cornice, tearing wall paper, decolored furniture and lamp, leaking water pipe and shower cubical in the bath room. Nevertheless the room is clean and the service is still of good quality with polite and efficient staff.

Check in and check out was quick and smooth. Will stay again when visiting Guangzhou.

The hotel is near to the underground station, convenient to travel around. Staff are friendly, especially manager Carmen sent us a welcome fruit platter. Room is nicely renovated, comfortable bed and pillow. The only drawback is the room air-condition not cooling and a bit stuffy, perhaps the system need servicing or upgrade, if stay during the summer will be rather uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a prime location close to the train station. The service was above and beyond and Carmen was most helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet had so many options and was really good. Afternoon tea was even better. The view of the garden while drinking tea was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.
