Inn Fine Hotel

I just completed a 3 week stay in Dalian and surrounding area. Hotel was very close in experience to a Shangri-La. Cleanliness was very good, rooms were great. Housekeeping staff was outstanding as was laundry service. Pool use requires bathing cap and a couple other rules. What passes for a business office is not what I expected and requires staff assistance. Scope of business office services is limited, don't count on needing anything printed. Not a lot of western travelers frequent the hotel, so in depth communication can be challenging but not unsolvable. Staff made every attempt to accommodate my needs.

Rooms were fine though the shower was not all that good and the bath tub leaked water on the floor. Other than that, it was just ok.. WiFi was weak in my room needs improvement.

bad check out service, bad concierge, poor service in restaurant, no refills for some dishes in buffet, poor food collection especially for appetite and desert.

Great hotel, very convenient location. Great amenities.

This hotel is always clean, comfortable and inexpensive. I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so.

I stay here each year in Dalian. It's a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. The food is decent and the hotel is reliable.

Very helpful, respectful and friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and the people were very helpful and did everything they could to provide a great stay. It's close to shopping and dining.

The hotel is much nicer inside than its exterior look. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and well trained. I was given a room on the smoking floor on the first night and it smelled very strong. The next day I changed a room to a non smoking floor which was much better, but it still doesn't smell pleasant. The breakfast was ok.

Paid through Expidia and was charged additional $70 a night upon arrival. They claim for incidentals. Then paid again upon departure for meals which is what I did expect so not sure what incidentals were. The Western bar has gone down from 3 years ago. Less eatable choices and menu didn't change much for a week.

We arrived at the Inn Fine in Dalian to find they did not have any record of our reservation ( which had been paid in full) through Expedia. It took over 20 minutes and when they still couldn't find it, they made a copy of the printed confirmation I had and checked us in. ( they did eventually find it, but it was just a real hassle!) Upon entering our room, we found it to be a swealtering 30 degrees Celsius (87 degrees Farenheit) and the room NVER cooled to below 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Farenheit) which is not at all comfortable to sleep in, especially after a long day in the heat of China!! The bed was hard and although the linens were nice, it was not very comfortable. The room was fairly small which would have been OK but the temperature of it (and the rest of the hotel for that matter) was VERY uncomfortable! The breakfast was not very good either and the coffee was TERRIBLE!! The staff made an effort, but their English was not very good and so trying to communicate problems was almost pointless! Probably would not stay here again.

食事、部屋共に良かったです 又、次回も利用したいです。

設備は古いものの部屋は広く、バスタブもついていたので基本的に快適に過ごせた。朝食も種類が多く日替わりで楽しめた。 しかし同日、同時刻にチェックインした同一レベルの部屋の同僚にはウェルカムフルーツがあったらしいが自身の部屋にはなかったり、室内の清掃が雑であったりと残念な点も有り。 また、チェックアウトの際、自身で外部で購入した水と室内バーの有料ドリンクが同一の物であった為か、追加でお金を取られそうになった。日本語の堪能なスタッフがいたので理解してもらったが、ホテルで用意しているものと区別がつくようにしてほしい。 改善してくれると次回も安心して利用できると思う。

Bra hotell med utmärkt frukost!

대체로 무난하였으나 수영장이 작고 애들 강습 한다고 공간치지하교 수건 스맆퍼 등 비치가 안되있다

セフティBOXが上手く作動しなくて、説明書何度読んでも、何度トライしても、上手く使えなかった。もう少し丁寧な説明が有ると、良い

今回は4回目の宿泊で、ビジネスには最適なホテル、スタッフさんも親切な対応をしていて、朝食も美味しいです。

地點好，在主要幹道上，床很舒服

とってもいいホテルとは思うけど、大通り沿いはちょっとうるさい。従業員は親切でよかった。あさごはんもまあまあ。周りにもう少し飲食店があるともっといい。私たちは、ホテルのコンシェルジェに勧められた火鍋屋に１０分ほど歩いて行きました。よかった。
