Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions. Overall, service is excellent. Room and everything were tidy and clean. I will rebook this hotel next time I am in town.

The overall living standard & hotel facilities are above average. All the staff including the doorman，duty manager and housekeeper are very enthusiastic & willing to offer assistance. Just that the mattress of the room is too soft which affects our sleeping quality. Fortunately, the housekeeper help to lay out a hard mat over the bed so that we can sleep well.
In addition, the breakfast is great & delicious with most of the local favorite.
Will come again next time.

服務非常好,Check in 的時候,有個穿著光鮮麗但完全不懂禮儀禮貌規矩的女人一支箭的完全不排隊的就衝進來並馬上走了在服務櫃檯的前面,然後被服務員輕帶微笑的臉說要先服務我,因為她是看到我是在排隊在先的,這種服務態度非常好,那女的服務員的服務也非常到位 非常熱情,很棒。還有行李部的服務員都非常熱情熱忱盡心服務,尤其是那些年青服務員,都很棒啊........

非常喜欢。原以为酒店年份久了，设施应该陈旧，结果设施维护的很好。特别是淋浴花洒和下水，出水很大，下水很快，舒服极了。（我很看重这点，反映出酒店对设备的维保很重视而且到位）
酒店的早餐不算太好，但也可以，能打个8分吧。提个建议：小汤勺能否多几个地方摆放？反正我只找到过一次，第二天又找不到汤勺在哪啦。
