The hotel is very new and facilities is good and space very large. I like the traditional chinese decoration and design. If I can come again, I will choose this hotel again.

住宿在三樓躺在床上就可以看到玉龍雪山，景致迷人，接待人員親切友善，唯一缺點是當日入住加購早餐，隔日餐廳員工連續三次確認是否有含早餐，雖然態度語氣和緩，但是前台未交接清楚仍讓人不舒服。希望能改善此小小缺失，住房及整體環境很清幽雅致，值得推薦。距離束河古鎮也很近。日後還會推薦朋友入住該酒店。

環境不錯，酒店餐廳早餐，滇香馆晚餐都不錯。房內設施舊，畢竟是5星級酒店，都有應該的清潔、整齊。開水喉就有熱水，但有時水溫不穩。想起來房間床頭的usb 是壞的，電話充電最好帶齊插頭。第一天到步時門口的職員叫我把行李不要帶進登記大廳，語氣不太友善。進去發現其他客人都是自己帶著的，登記完畢後發現那個職員走了去開車送客人回房間，我那行李箱沒人看著， 那時候在旁邊的客人蠻多！

酒店位置十分一般，遠離古城。我們本身預訂了套房，但check in員工自行安排了另外一間據說是景觀比較好但較細的房間，變相是downgrade 了。直到我們發現詢問才講，浪費了很多時間去轉房。房間中規中距，性價比低，同在麗江的州際酒店好很多。但員工態度有禮。酒店中餐廳味道好好，用了團購超便宜，兩人餐只要$128.

Beautiful hotel but bad experience. No service at all. We have to clean the table by ourselves at the Club. The worst was they screwed up my friend ‘s hotel bill, use my credit card to settle the bill then called me and asked us to settle it by ourselves. I have never stayed the hotel like this before.

Hotel is facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain with beautiful views. Good service and nearby Shuhe Ancent Town (15 mins by walk). Hotel is far away from city center and need to take taxi.
