酒店位置有点偏，周围没有什么娱乐活动区域。不过酒店很靠近冰雪大世界。
落地窗下边 就是松花江。冬天来的，整条江都被冰雪覆盖，很壮观。
去市里稍微有点偏远，要走松北大道。不过松北大道穿过太阳岛，两边景色也很好看。
酒店设备比较新，环境也不错。自酿的啤酒味道很好。泳池很干净，人也很少。

入住酒店前看到订房应提供有免费的欢迎饮料也没有送。第一天的客房打扫简直恶心死人，擦完马桶再擦桌子，一块抹布一直擦到底，都不带洗的。打扫的服务员不知道是从哪带来的屎球还在地上，恶心死了，第二天果断退房。无奈预付的原因还退不了。后来叫来主管让她们重新指派人打扫。而且每次晚上叫送水服务都很慢，每次都要等半个小时，还要不止打一次电话催，酒店那么大，酒店为了省钱服务人员太少了，这样的服务质量能提高上去么。还有一次叫送餐服务，前台服务中心说有葡萄，我一听都是我爱吃的水果，便点了送餐，结果送上来葡萄变成火龙果，巨难吃。服务真心差。下次江北的香格里拉酒店开业了，估计就不会选这里住了。

One of the worst JW Marriott properties we have stayed at. Checked in around 1pm and by the time we settled into the room, we headed towards the restaurant in the hotel only to find out that the only option was their fine dining Chinese restaurant. Asked for a quick lunch option and they didn’t have any. The images online show a very posh hotel, but it’s pretty run down. The executive lounge too is quite poor. Will not recommend

The hotel provides services as other 4-5-star hotel does, including breakfast, afternoon tea and light dinner, but the facilities are very dated, for example the rugs in the public area are not pleasant to see.
I would not return to this hotel for my next visit for sure if the hotel remains the same condition.
