Hotel is really nice and room is spacious and bed very comfortable. Alas, they need to update on facilities that are closed, like the swimming pool (was told it has been closed for a while already) and also the steak grill restaurant

I Stayed at this hotel many times. Services from front desk to restaurants as well as lobby staff etc are all excellent every time I was there. Top service standard is expected and met for all my stays so far in the last few years. A very nice hotel conveniently located next to the airport and connected by subway downstairs to the city. highly recommended to stay there in your next Nanjing visits !

Convenient location to stay when arriving late in Nanjing. Hotel rooms are modern and clean. Simple facilities otherwise, including gloomy corridors, but the room is comfortable and well equipped.

Super convenient to the Nanjing airport walk to terminal, especially nice if you have an early flight the next morning. The hotel has a very nice pool.

Nice property, very convenient. Only issue was the lack of quality western food. What they had lacked flavor, and their premium restaurant offering steaks and wine is permanently closed.

I had to stay at Nanjing due to the connection flight was cancelled by the air line. Booked it for its convenience location which is not need to step out the departure and arrival just walk about estimated 200meters. It was amazing flight campus view and comfy Spacious room. Very quiet hall way and comfy bedding. Nice swimming pool with heated water. Just one day no time to enjoy the other services. Definitely recommend and will stay again next time.

Two items I would give a poor rating. The hot water pressure in the room is extremely low. Took me almost half an hour to take a shower. It's impossible to use the bath tub... Takes ages to fill up and the water becomes cold after that. I gave up... The room service was bad , I asked for some coffee and the staff on the line was unpleasant and seems to give an impression that I was bothering her peace.

Everything is superb except a breakfast that can be better.

I booked a deluxe room and requested to have higher floors and airport runway view. The hotel sent me a letter of confirmation and said they have allocated a room for my request. When I arrived and entered the room (room number: 880), I saw an excavator and airport control tower pole right outside my window. What a big surprise!!! There’s a massive new terminal construction going on out the window. I was not pleased at all because the tower blocked my view and the noise from construction was unacceptable! I called the hotel front desk and ask for a room change; they sent a porter over after 50 mins and downgraded me to a smaller city view room (room number 909) with only the airport terminal and car park view! It was so tired after the long flight and disappointed because I booked a more expensive deluxe room instead of a cheaper superior room, only because I wanted a good airport view without any obstructions blocking the view or if I knew construction noise but the hotel can’t cater at all and they would rather give out a room with a massive terminal construction site noise and views blocked. The room photos on your website does not reflect the actual room view you’ll get after check-in even if you pay more! If you want to stay here; make sure you book the cheapest rate available! Don’t bother paying more!

Super convenient layover hotel. Very easy to get to once you've gone through baggage claim and all around extremely comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff and a solid spread of options for breakfast. It only took me about 5 minutes to walk to the check in counters for my flight after I left the hotel.
