Awesome experience 👏 yummy breakfast 😋 great service!

This has been my favorite stay for flight transfers. It’s cozy and quiet. Breakfast is always served fresh, coffee tastes great. All staff I have met are very friendly and helpful. It’s also worth to mention that they have frequent shuttle service to airport and Disney, so convenient!

Good stay didn't like the unable to pay by card tried 5 different cards no joy had to use cash felt like it had to be cash as my card worked every where else no problem but everything else was good

We booked the hotel for its good rating and accessibility to Shanghai airport. On arrival which was before the official check-in, we already got a room and the receptionist, a young male went above and beyond to help us with transportation to central Shanghai. The hotel isn't very well connected to public transport. It's either 10 minutes by taxi to a metro station or 35 minutes by taxi to central. Also, the hotel doesn't show up on the map if you order a DiDi, the equivalent to UBER. Downloading a Chinese keyboard on the phone made it possible. The room itself was spacious but unfortunately the AC didn't manage to warm it up at all and it was freezing in Shanghai that day and night. For breakfast which was included, a range of dumplings, white and black rice porridge, eggs in a variety, noodles, vegetables and cereals are available. Nothing to write home about it and okay. Wifi was bad and we couldn't do any research. The free airport shuttle bus leaves every hour at 6.05am, 7.05am, etc and takes roughly 30 minutes to Terminal 1. Unfortunately, the receptionist was the complete opposite to our welcoming experience the day before. All in all it was okay, however, due to the bad connectivity to central Shanghai, we wouldn't stay there again.

Clear instructions for Shuttle. Shuttle was punctual in pick-up from and delivery to Pudong-Shanghai Airport. Efficient check-in and check-out. Good breakfast.

Great stay for overnight layover. Room is clean, airport shuttle service is reliable, front desk staffs are friendly, the hotel is doing its best to provide a quality service to the customers. Great value for money!

Room was fantastic and staff were professional. However the smell of smoke in the room was not pleasant

Great experience! They offered us an early check in when we only had to stay 8 hrs between flights which helped is relax between 2 long trips. Breakfast was really good too. Staff friendly and helpful

This was an absolutely fantastic hotel. Free transfers to the airport and Disneyland. Great service and decent breakfast all for excellent value. There were noisy roadworks outside our room and they upgraded our room from a double to family room away from the noise so we could get a nap during the day. Loved it.
