We visit in Christmas holidays and have a great time. The bed is huge and also an extendable sofa. It is very nice for family with 2kids. All of us can sleep spaciously.

【旅拍服务】香格里拉的旅拍服务，拍摄的师傅比较一般，可能看我们没有买的意愿，拍摄不太有耐心。不如自己订旅拍。五星级酒店，建议选择合作商也选择服务意识强的，比较也代表着酒店。
【儿童活动】烘培活动名额有限，不抢没位置。儿童夏令营580一位，感觉活动比较单一，还需要改进。儿童乐园不错，空间大。
【儿童泳池】非常好，大滑梯很好玩。
【餐饮】早餐很丰富！
总体来说，值得入住体验。

設施多樣化，適合家庭出遊，有小型水上樂園，有泳池，有私人沙灘，小朋友玩得很開心，如果酒店餐廳營業時間長一點會更好
酒店有一定歷史，廁所通風系統不是太好，房間插頭很難插，後來有位員工主動上房幫我們弄好，很贊，可惜忘了問他名字
大部份員工都熱情友善，Amy小姐更是熱情主動，看到我們有老人有小孩，主動幫忙提行李

管理颇为混乱，和家里人分别入住，都搞了差不多45分钟才办理完入住。更夸张的是3点钟（规定check in时间）说房间还没有打扫好。 说好的豪华阁比普通房大10平方米(64vs54平米)，结果进去和普通房一模一样大，完全不知道豪华在哪里。 家里人一起去玩定了三间房，也不是国内假期，也不能安排在同一层。
酒店自助餐可以说的上是吃过最糟糕的5星级酒店自助餐。早餐还行，小孩子的很丰富。晚餐没事不要去浪费钱了。不过酒店里也没啥多选择。
总之，每年都要去三亚玩一次的，此次体验确实很差。不推荐
