订3个人1个房间只有两张床 落单前没有清楚告知客人，加床费用似乎太高，入住后只供两人的设施（第二天已改进），晚上11:00pm 入住，1:00ap 才能入睡，两个85岁老人累死了希望能改进，多谢．

一家六口旅遊，扶老攜幼，最小的孩子還不夠1歲，所以選5星酒店。
但我住的房間空調系統很差，頭1小時已叫了工程部來跟進，但效果不明顯……如調至冷氣或出風，溫度會降至17～18度；如調至暖氣，溫度最高不過22度，而且很乾燥。(另外出風口能見到不少明顯的黑點。)
所以晚上睡覺都只可開半小時空調，然後關掉，當氣溫升過26度後又重開半小時，一晚醒來四至五次。住了兩晚，我和太太都感冒了。
