Magolalena at the lounge was helpful. Wiktoria at the bar was very friendly and kind throughout my stay. Room needs some update.

One of the receptionist made the payment not correct and not proactive to introduce restaurant, while others are friendly and proactively to introduce. When checking out, the receptionist is too busy and the hotel only arrange one more staff to help. The breakfast staff also made wrong order and didn’t have meal ready until we asked, however the restaurant dons out and cook noodles for us for free. Mix feeling of the service. The hardware is overall good.

本次住宿有一晚凌晨7樓的走廊警報器突然大響，經過1個半小时，才修好，飯店抱歉，可是沒有補償，經與大堂经理交涉，我们希望該晚的住房费不應該，警報後，我们無法再睡了，同时也被惊吓到了，飯店並没有做任何補償，似乎是不合情理的。

酒店大堂很華麗，房間很大很舒服，而且員工的服務態度亦很不錯，只是地點有點不方便，進出酒店打的就好了。

服務人員素質有待加強，硬體設備高級完善。首先，致電給飯店詢問早餐加購事宜，但服務人員態度冷淡、要答不答支支嗚嗚，害我以為自己打錯電話。接著，入住check in 等待時間很長，好不容易開了三個櫃檯，前面沒顧客時也不會引導顧客到該櫃檯check in ，櫃檯人員就是呆站著，而且態度冷淡不親切、不微笑、不積極。 禮賓人員、餐飲部人員、櫃檯人員，幾乎每個人都在滑手機，這根本不是國際五星級酒店該有的樣子。站三七步、高跟鞋脫掉搓腳抓癢、玩手機不理會顧客在前面等待煎蛋服務，整個很誇張。 因為我住三個晚上，前兩晚訂豪華大床房，最後一晚訂俱樂部套房，在Club的服務才是有水準的。包括Joe、Emma的服務都讓我感到貼心窩心，他們的服務應對態度，才是五星級酒店該有的樣貌。Sofetel是法國高級酒店，但上海虹橋Sofetel只有Club樓層的服務才到位，其實是整個酒店都該把人員培訓提升，而不是虛有其表掛著高檔品牌名稱，有著高檔的空殼硬體設備，但骨子裡的服務都相當遜色，配不起這個品牌。 嘗試叫了Room Service，春捲跟炸雞翅都油到不行，整個盤子都是油漬，根本沒有瀝油就裝盤了，春捲都因為吃了油而呈現透明軟爛的樣貌，而且口味非常鹹。此外，我在半小時內打了四五次的電話，餐飲部都沒有人接聽電話，沒人要服務Room Service，那就不該設立這個服務。

浴室清潔不夠乾淨，而且浴室漏水，有点不方便。想要求 乳膠枕頭卻不足夠，因為本人不太適合羽絨枕，第二天早上起來身體很痛

行政套房整潔度佳，但衣櫃的感應燈有兩次故障，第一次有叫人來修理，第二次也懶得叫了，因為要check out。住到第三天修水箱，沖涼洗臉水都是黃黃的，要用飲用水解決。 早餐有頗多選擇，很好。離很多景點很遠，的士都要一小時以上。

訂行政樓層，服務貼心。會問客人需要什麼

hotel is new, the food at executive floor is delicious, the light at hotel room and corridor is bright, we love it very much.

酒店設施新整體環境佳 但服務人員訓練不足 此次住行政樓層 向行政樓層專屬的餐廳借杯盤 竟被要求要自行拿回去還 房間內有蚊子 離市區太遠單程車資近百元 早餐普通無特色 服務人員明顯不足 早餐都吃完也不見來收拾堆成小山的碗盤

很舒適的房間，尤其床很好睡。附近有愛情海購物公園、萬象城，吃飯&購物都很方便，距地鐵站也不算遠。總之很棒的飯店！

洒店很漂亮，值得一住。

房間新淨整潔，裝修新淨十分漂亮，但酒店距離市區較遠，如要去市中心比較不方便。附近有一間將會開幕的商場。開幕後應該會方便一些，這區除了這酒店外，其他商店購物什麼也沒有，暫時來說並不是十分方便。最驚喜的是有嬰兒小孩主題房間，對於有小朋友的家長來說是十分開心的，唯一不足之處就是床比較潮濕，整夜睡在床，床也是濕濕的，睡得不太好。但整體尚算滿意。想入住漂亮豪華的酒店，不妨一試。

安靜的酒店和客房，位置一般，如果地鐵有站在周边就最好，每次出外都要坐的士去最近的虹桥天地才有站出市区。

irst of all, it took them almost 2 hours to work out why they couldn't locate my booking initially, It was because their reservation department made a stupid mistake against my surname and my last name. So, me and my wife was waited at the lobby for 2 hours like a hopeless idiot after an already exhausted journey all the way from Hong Kong.By the time that we really got into our room was almost 9pm. The manager there called Jay, he just acknowledged the mistake but didn't even offer an apology verbally. When we asked for something should have been offered to compensate our time lost, such as free breakfast. And they just said NO. Due to these 2 hours unnecessary delay, we would have no choice but consumed our dinner at the buffet restaurant that cost us RMB 480 collectively. And that should have been paid by them. The story wasn't just ended there, when I walked in the room in barefoot. My foot was pinned by the nails coming out from the carpet that you wouldn't see it, but you would certainly feel it when you step on it. My foot was bleeding and then called up the housekeeping. Firstly, they just sent a girl to come up and bought me some bandages. Secondly, a so called manager came along as well with a first aid box. And he used his hand to touch on the surface of the carpet and he did feel the nails. So, he admitted that there were nails coming out from the carpet that human eyes couldn't see.
