Hi i stayed at the Langham in Shanghai and loved it, it was great service comfortable beds, and in a very walk-able area. lots of restaurants and malls and shops. We actually even walked to the Bund. took about 35 min it was a great walk

Staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the housekeeping staff always kept to our requested time and left everything spotless. The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and a quick 5 minute walk to the metro station puts the rest of Shanghai on your doorstep.
I would stay again the next time we visit Shanghai.

The Langham is located in Xintiandi, one of the earliest renovated Shangahi neighborhoods. It is full of luxury shops, but the former French Concession which is full of beautiful elm tree lined streets is a twenty minute walk away. The breakfasts are bountiful, the service stellar.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Xintiandi with its great choice of food and entertainment.
Special mention to Zoe and her awesome staff in the club lounge, with a particular mention to excellent James Yu. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Zoe arranged for our large luggage to be looked after when we travelled to Wenzhou and Yiwu for business and arranged for our bags to be in our new room when we returned.
I have stayed here before and will continue to do so when i have business in Shanghai.

The hotel is located in Xintiandi area, which has both historical charm and shopping and dining options. The rooms are modern and luxurious. The staff is super professional and nice. The Breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel started our journey in China on a high note and set high expectations. We had an amazing time.

Overall hotel staff were pleasant and polite. The morning breakfast crew were not so pleasant. Selectively welcoming guests to their tables, cook was rude to us, and one server was coughing away without wearing his mask. Overall, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.

One of the best 5 star hotel experiences. The shower and bathtub is one of the best across hotels stayed. The attention to detail across amenities and convenience factors was really sensational!
